1a. For returning players: Click the "Login" button in the upper right corner. 1b. New players or players who are transferring from a different region: click "REGISTER NOW" in upper right corner2. Once you have logged in again, or added a participant for the first time the screen will show your players with an Available Programs button to the side of their name. Select that and it will display only the programs your player is eligible for. 3. A screen will pop up with all of your available participants and the programs they are eligible to select. You can select programs for all of your players(hit next player after selecting program for the first one) on this screen and hit continue. It will then bring up the registration forms. 4. Below is a snapshot of the new registration form. -Please note that the Birth Certificate upload is not required for us. There are some areas of the country that require so we are unable to delete the question only make it not required. -Also the physical conditions is mandatory to be required so if there are no physical conditions mark NA. -On each of the waivers click the view/accept box, read the waiver, and sign. This replaces the old e-signature step. These waivers include the parent pledge, Covid waiver, Concussion information, soccer risk waiver, and emergency treatment authorization(med form). -Once form is completed5. The screen will then move to volunteer options. We are 100% volunteer run so please consider volunteering for a role here. This is especially true with our younger divisions where we need more coaches. -If you volunteer, you will be prompted to fill out the volunteer form. -If your are a previous volunteer this form also looks different, All of you items are completed digitally as well. -Please see volunteer tab for more information on volunteer process changes. 6. The Payment screen is next. Please follow the prompts to completing payment. If you do not make it all the way to payment confirmation your order will remain in the shopping cart. -If a division is full, your order may be placed in waiting list status with no payment required until you are accepted. -Please note that the screen will offer registration insurance. This is not through AYSO but through the registration platform and is not required.
